Being a working Dad is tough work.  You do your best to make it to all your kids' events, but it's a battle with your job schedule.  So you take every precious moment you can get, because, well, "they grow up so quick"!  That's why I can't wait for Sunday!  It's the 13th Annual "Butterfly Kisses" Daddy/Daughter Dance at Hotel Kirkwood. My daughter and I have attended this before, and she still talks about it, bringing it up at the most random times, especially bed time.  That's when you know it meant everything to them, just to get that exclusive special one-on-one time the kids crave. I personally can't wait to give her just that, although previous experience has taught me she might just ditch me when we get there and go dance with her friends, but that's alright too.  I'm sure to snag a dance or two.  And we'll at least be together to get our picture taken.

This year's theme is "Frozen", which I know my daughter, and plenty other little girls will be so excited about.  There'll be sno-cones and more to add to the theme.  Plus there's the face-painting and the "Butterfly Boutique" shop.  Plus, I'm kind of excited about the chance to win a plane ride for 2 with wine and cheese in the silent auction, or the Disney passes.  However, being your emcee for the night, I'm pretty sure I'm ineligible. Oh well.

If you're a guy with a daughter, or have a working husband who's missing that quality time with his little princess, make sure to get registered for this event.  You won't be missing a big game, as it's the off week. And besides, even if you were, it's worth every second.

We've even got 2 spots open on our personal guest list that we're giving away to two lucky listeners.  So get registered for those below.  We'll announce the winner Friday afternoon.  Good luck!  Hope to see you there.
