One Of My Best Afternoons Ever As A Dad

As a Dad, my kids are my life.  Unfortunately, I never get as much time with them as I'd like, which is why when events like the Annual Butterfly Kisses event comes up, you have to take advantage. It's a very special Daddy Daughter dance and lunch taking place Sunday, January 31 at Hotel Kirkwood.

Last year was the first year my daughter and I went, and I look back very fondly on the memories. I stood by as she got her make-up done in the "boutique", watched her face in awe with the performance of a couple of Princesses, enjoyed plenty of dancing, and smiled from ear to ear with pride for our turn with the photographer. I love that photo.  My only regret was NOT bidding on the sunset plane ride in the silent auction.

Unfortunately, we will be out of town for this year's event, and unable to attend. However, you should definitely consider attending.  It's a Cinderella theme this year, and Cinderella will be there for a meet and greet and performance, plus there's another silent auction with another chance to win that sunset plane ride and plenty of American Girl doll things, the luncheon, and so many memories. Trust me, both you and your daughter will love it.
