It's been nine months since the demolition of the old Sears area of Coral Ridge Mall started and the mall has announced the tenants who will be filling most of a new 98,000 square-foot addition.

Coral Ridge Mall general manager, Monica Nadeau, tells the Iowa City Press-Citizen one of the new tenants will be Marshalls. TJX describes Marshalls as a store with an "ever-changing assortment of fashionable and brand name family apparel, home fashions, and more."

Finally, Charlotte Russe will open a trendy women's clothing store in the space currently occupied by City Sports, inside the mall itself. City Sports is moving across the hall.

The Charlotte Russe store should open in June while Homegoods, Petsmart, Marshalls, and Ulta Beauty are all expected to open their doors in September. Negotiations continue for two additional businesses, who would occupy the remaining portions of the new addition that replaced the previous Sears store.
