Courtlin is Distraught After Seeing ‘Avengers: Infinity War’
I'm going to start this blog by letting you know that this will be spoiler-free, but if you don't want to know ANYTHING about Avengers: Infinity War at all, then you should stop reading now.
Ok, now that that's out of the way, I think I speak for everybody who saw the movie when I say, "WHAT THE ACTUAL ****, MARVEL?"
Saturday morning I went to go see the new Marvel movie Avengers: Infinity War, but I went alone, which turned out to be a huge mistake. When I left the movie, all I wanted to do was talk to somebody about it, but I couldn't do that without spoiling it, so I ended up calling my mom. She's never going to see it, so she doesn't care.
Avengers: Infinity War is an epic movie for a lot of different reasons. First of all, the ending is going to blow your mind. I cannot stress that enough. IT WILL CHANGE YOU. YOU WILL LEAVE THE THEATER AND THINK ABOUT NOTHING ELSE. That's all I'm going to say about it.
Secondly, just the number of superheroes in the movie is absolutely amazing. I found myself getting excited every time a new one made an appearance, which happened a lot. Getting to see certain superheroes finally meet other superheroes was also pretty darn awesome.
And finally, the movie was funny. Like, really funny. I laughed out loud more times than I could count. In my opinion, the funniest characters are Iron Man, Spider-Man, Drax, and Star-Lord. Even the most serious moments were broken up by some humor, which was much appreciated. I enjoy that Marvel doesn't take themselves too seriously.
I also would like to note that I went into the movie not seeing one of the solo movies, but I wish that I had. I guess I didn't NEED to know the backstory of Doctor Strange, but it would've been helpful. If you're behind on some of the movies, you may want to catch up just so you're in the know. If not, I don't think it will impact your enjoyment of the movie at all.
And if you do go see the movie, stay until the end of the credits so you can see the final scene. It's fairly short, but it does set up one of the already announced upcoming Marvel movies. Don't worry, I won't spoil it for you.
Have you seen the new Avengers movie? If so, what did you think? Share your thoughts in the comments!
