I am officially only 27 days away from a 6-day vacation (but who's counting?)!

Every year for my birthday, I am trying to take some sort of short trip or vacation to a place I've never been before. In 2016 I did Nashville, last year it was Chicago for my birthday and Denver for my best friend's, and this year it's Orlando, Florida! Now, I've been to Orlando a couple of other times in my life (both times I was on high school choir trips), but there is one place in Orlando that I have been dying to go since the day it was announced, and that's The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Anyone that knows me knows that I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan. I even have the tattoo to prove it! This year I will finally fulfill my dream of visiting the park, and I'm bringing my mom with me. I paid for our flights, hotel, and park passes for my mom's Christmas gift this year, and she had NO idea:

We will be visiting the two different Universal parks on Thursday, May 3rd (my actual birthday) and I have never been so excited in my life. The only problem is, we are in Orlando from the afternoon of the 2nd until the afternoon of the 6th. That means that we are going to need some other things to do! We have both already done the Disney parks (aside from the Animal Kingdom, which is a possibility) and a Blue Man Group show, but other than that, we are totally open to suggestions! We are looking for places to visit, activities to do, and even restaurants to eat at.

If you've ever gone to Orlando on vacation, we would love to hear about your favorite experiences! Please share them in the comments so I can add them to my list!

Thanks in advance :)
