Looking through the Gazette the past couple weeks, there's been this full page ad on the back of the front section.  No clue who it's for or what it's promoting, but it sure has made us think.  Have you seen it?

It started a couple weeks ago.  A typical Sunday morning in our house.  We're up eating breakfast, drinking coffee, gazing through the paper, and the kids decide it's time to goof around.  As usual, it starts innocent, then one has enough, the other won't stop, and soon, we're in a full out yelling match. And right as I'm about to separate them, I look down and staring me in the face is a peace sign.  I turn to my wife, laugh, and comment we should hang it on the wall as a reminder.

I think a week later, as the situation repeats itself, we see a heart and love, or maybe even both.  I forget. But the same thought went through my head: we should post these up as a reminder of how we should treat each other... peace and love.  How 60's of us.

So this week, I looked forward to see if it would be there again.  Maybe this week I would finally save it, cut it out, and post it up if the kids started arguing.  However it was different this week, simply being a clover, to me signifying "luck", or an early promote for St. Patty's Day.  No clue as there's still no clue as to who, what, or why these are showing up.  If this is for "luck" ironically it fits yet again this week, as we have that new kitty in the house.  It's almost like wishing us luck with the new one, and the merging of the kitten with our current cat.

Whatever these are or represent, they've played out well in our house. I'll keep watching that space to see if the mystery is revealed.
