The Summer of Celebrity Divorces Continues

Ben and Jen. Gwen and Gavin. Blake and Miranda. Reba and Narvel. It has truly been the summer of break-ups in Hollywood. The latest announcement came last week when Daryl Hall's (non-celebrity) wife of 6 years filed for divorce, according to People.

Few details are available, which is not surprising being that she stays largely out of the public eye -- not to be confused with "Private Eyes" -- and he has mostly been off the radar himself through much of the last 20 years until the induction of Hall & Oates into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014. Some celeb break-ups garner less publicity than others, but all are unfortunate.

Looking on the bright side, perhaps this leaves him and John Oates with even more time to tour (Hint Hint: A concert in Cedar Rapids would be "Everything My Heart Desires").
