An entire restaurant dedicated to my favorite food group? Count me in! This morning I was scrolling through one of my favorite websites Only in Your State, when I came across an article titled, "This Cheese Bar In Iowa Is What Dreams Are Made Of." I've never clicked on anything faster.

Apparently, there is a restaurant in Des Moines called Cheese Bar, and it really is what my dreams are made of. The description on their Facebook page reads:

"Cheese Bar is a “daughter company” of The Cheese Shop of Des Moines. We specialize in slow food, local ingredients, certified organic & of course, cheese."

According to the menu on their website, they offer all kinds of cheesy goodness, including gourmet grilled cheeses, fondue, raclette, mac & cheese, and various meat & cheese platters. I was shocked that nobody had told me about this place, but the restaurant is only about a year old, so it makes a little more sense.

Look at some of this pure magic:

I don't know about you, but I'm already planning my next trip to Des Moines, and I will be wearing my stretchiest pants.
