With 30+ national breweries and live entertainment already lined up for the event, the 2017 Cedar Rapids Beer Summit is already shaping up to be a huge night. A big selling point for an event like this is always the local representation, and this year, there will be plenty of it. Check out some of the Iowa-based breweries joining us on Saturday, March 11 at the DoubleTree Convention Complex in Cedar Rapids.

Lion Bridge Brewing Company, Cedar Rapids

Based right here in Cedar Rapids, Lion Bridge is a huge favorite at the Cedar Rapids Beer Summit. According to their website,

Beers at Lion Bridge Brewing Company cover the entire gamut of existing styles from classic to avant-garde, and the brewer’s creative use of spices, herbs, fruits and novels he or she is reading at the time, will often drive the creative process. At Lion Bridge Brewing Company, we craft some highly drinkable and approachable beers, but also give our brewers free reign to produce whatever style he or she feels is needed on tap. Our hope is to create loyalty through consistency, but also develop a loyalty through our ability to create strange, new brews that keep you guessing, and smiling.

Check out their list of beers HERE and start thinking about what you'd like to sample on March 11.
