Ellen Invites 4-Year-Old Claire to Sing with Moana [VIDEO]

This makes me tear up EVERY time I watch it!

If you watched The Oscars, then you no doubt saw 16-year-old Auli'i Cravalho NAIL her performance of "How Far I'll Go" from the movie Moana. Not only is she incredibly beautiful and talented, she also seems to be super sweet!

Ellen recently featured a viral father-daughter duo on her show, and 4-year-old Claire Ryann, the daughter, specializes in Disney songs. With Moana being the most recent Disney princess, it only makes sense that she would know all the words to "How Far I'll Go." Ellen set up a meeting between Auli'i and Claire, and what happened next is honestly one of the most adorable things I've ever seen. Check out this video:
