Join 1045- KDAT and the Junior League of Cedar Rapids for its annual Butterfly Kisses event on March 9, 2014 at the Cedar Rapids Marriott. The dance, scheduled from 1-4 p.m., is a chance for girls to spend an afternoon with her special guy – dad, grandpa, uncle, or family friend.
Grab a light lunch, and dance the afternoon away to tunes by Modern DJ. Butterfly Kisses also features Papa Balloon, 2012 Miss Iowa, glitz and glam by Mary Kay, crafts, and professional photos! Join us on Sunday, March 9 from 1-4 p.m. at the Cedar Rapids Marriott. There’s also a chance to shop the Butterfly Boutique, a market featuring unique handcrafted goods (hint: pick up a present for mom!).
Proceeds support JLCR’s programs, including Bridging the G.A.P., which supports area foster teens. Tickets are $75 for a father-daughter couple with each additional girl costing $15.
