Four Oaks Golf Classic

This summer, Four Oaks will celebrate the 21st anniversary of its premiere event – the Four Oaks Golf Classic, to be held on Monday, June 16 at the Cedar Rapids Country Club. The 2014 event will also mark the fifth year of Lil’ Drug Store Products’ Presenting Sponsorship.For 14 years the community knew the event as the Wendy’s Four Oaks Golf Classic, and when the opportunity arose for a new presenting sponsor in 2010, Lil’ Drug Store Products jumped at the opportunity.Owners Chris and Suzy DeWolf have three children of their own and they are committed to the Four Oaks mission of assuring that children become successful adults. They see it as their commitment to and investment in the next generation.

The Four Oaks Golf Classic has raised approximately $1.5 million in net revenue over the life of the event. Currently, all proceeds support after-school and summertime prevention programming for at-risk children in Cedar Rapids.
