Join KDAT for an unforgettable Daddy/Daughter Afternoon Event. It's the 13th Annual "Butterfly Kisses" Father-Daughter Dance presented by the Junior League of Cedar Rapids. Even better, it's a "Frozen" theme this year! And KDAT's Chris Carson will be your guest emcee.
Activities will include:
- Snow Cone treats
- Frozen coloring book and crayons
- Dancing
- Professional Photos
- Face Painting
- Light Lunch
- Build a Snowman game
There will also be a silent auction, with some exceptional prizes this year including 4 One-Day Park Hopper passes for Walt Disney World Resort-Orlandoora sunset plane ride for 2 with complimentary wine and cheese.
Don't miss the fun and memories, while helping support Junior League's "Bridging the G.A.P." project, which focuses on the approximately 350 foster teens in our community. JLCR’s efforts include support of bi-monthly meetings with foster youth (providing meals and teaching life skills), education about the foster care system, advocacy efforts for those in the foster care system, and the donation of an “apartment in a suitcase,” items young adults need to enter independent living, to every teen who ages out of foster care.
Tickets are $75 per Father-Daughter couple, and just $15 for each additional daughter.
