Grammy Award® winning singer/songwriter Rick Springfield set a standard for ’80s rock with his iconic song “Jessie’s Girl.” The multitalented New York Times bestselling author has acted on both the small and silver screen but says that music will always be his first love. His music career has earned seventeen Top 40 hits, including “Don’t Talk to Strangers” and “Affair of the Heart,” more than 25 million albums sold worldwide and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.The show will include storytelling, a few of Springfield’s many hits, songs from his latest CD, Songs for the End of the World, and old favorites that the singer has never played live.  Plus, after the show there will be a 30 minute Q&A, moderated by KDAT's Chris Carson.
