Yet another part of the holiday tradition in Cedar Rapids is the Merry TubaChristmas Concert, this year celebrating their 14th year. Kids and adults will be awed and amazed with the beautiful sound these instruments of all shapes and sizes make when they sound off into a mix of holiday favorites. The event used to be held at Lindale Mall, but now is part of the Fire and Ice Festival, filling up the downtown library with it's joyous sounds. Don't miss the costumes (on both players and tubas)!
