Five People You See At Uptown Friday Nights
Everyone is welcome at Uptown Friday Nights! (At least those aged 21 and older). It's a fun, cheap night of entertainment and there's always something for everyone. We've narrowed it down to the five types of people you'll always see at one of these events. Tell us if you agree.
1. The Social Butterfly
The music is just one component of the night to the social butterfly, who just wants to chat it up with anyone who will listen...
2. The Guy Who's Just Totally Into The Music
He tries to be social. Maybe a little too hard. But some people just can't pull it off when they're in the zone. Like this guy.
3. The Pizza Hog
Uptown Friday Nights might be the only thing that gets this dude out of his house. Beer and pizza aplenty? I'm there, says the pizza hog. If you worry that by the time you get to the front of the line, everything will be gone--don't. It's Paul Revere's and it's local so they never run out. Cold beverages from Fleck Sales and soda and water, too!
4. The Stylish Older Woman
This is the person who always has the right style, and dresses to the nines, so to speak. Sometimes, it's that person who may or may not be having a midlife crisis, but acts and dresses like someone half their age. Grow up! (Nah, that's no fun).
5. The Cheapskate
Nothing wrong with trying to save a buck and this is one place you won't be judged for it. That's why Uptown Friday Nights is right up their alley. $5 to get in for a 21 and over show. It's the best quality entertainment you can get for a low-dough price. We hope to see you there!
