Getting your kids to eat their vegetables can be tough. Trust me, it's a battle in my house too. There are certain veggies that my kids don't have a problem with. Corn, beans, and peas are acceptable. But try to pass off some broccoli and it's a 'No'. What can you do to get your kids to at least put up with veggies? We have a new method for you to try. Warning....your kids will think this is torture!

Researchers in England took 80 kids between the ages of 9 and 11. They made these children eat kale every day for 15 straight days. I told you it would sound like torture. But by the end of the experiment, nearly all of them were OK with eating kale. They didn't love it, but they liked it a lot more than before. So they were much more likely to eat that vegetable without complaining! The goal of every parent!

So instead of drowning the veggies in cheese sauce, you might want to give this method a try instead. Hopefully, your kids will still talk to you when it's over with.
