We told you back in April that a cheeeeesy restaurant is coming to Iowa. Now we have a good idea of when exactly that will be.

Cheesy Cow Mac & Cheesery is a restaurant dedicated to, you guessed it, cheese! According to their website, the eatery is "the Quad Cities’ first restaurant specializing in gourmet mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches!" Owners Beth and Greg Aronson told the Quad City Times that they got the idea for this new cheesy restaurant after traveling to the cheese-head state of Wisconsin and seeing similar places. Beth decided that they needed a place like that back here in Iowa, so the Cheesy Cow was born!

The cheesery is set to open in Bettendorf, Iowa on Monday, December 17 at 11 a.m., just in time for lunch. We have a feeling it's going to be a packed place that day.

If you're not from the immediate area, you're probably going to want to start planning a trip to visit. The cheese gods would be very disappointed if you missed out on this heavenly treat.
