When Janet Jackson announced the postponement of her tour around Christmas, she didn't give a reason as to why other than health.  No doubt, the rumor mill was about to start going nuts.  And, as we reported yesterday, the not-always-reliable RadarOnline (who apparently got the story from the National Enquirer) reported throat cancer was the concern after doctors found a tumor.  We were very hopeful that wasn't true.

The rumor blazed over the net, and got to Janet, who took to twitter with a quick snippet of her song "The Great Forever", and added the following (at the 1:40 mark):

Remember... believe it when you hear it from my lips. The rumors are untrue. I do not have cancer. I'm recovering. My doctors have approved my concerts as scheduled for Europe, and as I promised, the postponed shows will be rescheduled.

We do continue to pray for Janet, and can't wait to see her in Moline in June!
