Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony reunited Thursday night, November 17, for a powerful duet at the 2016 Latin Grammys at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Together onstage the former couple, their chemistry as palpable as ever, teamed up for an impassioned cover performance of Agentine duo Pimpinela's breakup anthem, "Olvidame y Pega la Vuelta" ("Forget Me and Get Out of Here").

Afterwards, Lopez presented her ex-husband, who she described as a "living legend," with the Latin Recording Academy's Person of the Year Award.

"He has given us classics that will stay with us forever," the singer gushed in her speech.

"In our personal and artistic journeys, we've learned so much and we've grown so much, and you've always been so many things in my life: My mentor, a twin soul, a father who's not only the person of the year, he's the person of all time," Lopez added, before giving Anthony, who is married to Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima, a friendly kiss on the lips as the audience erupted.

Lopez and Anthony were married for seven years before divorcing in 2012. They share two children together.
