Help KDAT Honor “Healthcare Heroes”

It is a time of unprecedented difficulty and uncertainty for so many of us, but one thing is for sure. We're all in this together.

Starting Friday, May 15 and then each weekday through the end of May at 12:20 p.m., please listen as we spend some time on our broadcast spotlighting the Healthcare Heroes in Eastern Iowa who are on the frontlines every day, and more than ever during this COVID-19 pandemic. You can nominate them by opening the free KDAT mobile app.

We are proud to partner with Billion Honda of Iowa City in thanking these workers who are risking their lives to keep others safe during a challenging time. We will also post the new healthcare hero every day in this space, so stay tuned.
