A final dessert entry in the KDAT Thanksgiving dessert Recipe Book comes from Kelly Draper of Marion, with a recipe for her dessert treat, "Chocolate Peanut Butter Paradise":

Ingredients:

1 - 12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 - pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tsp vanilla
1 tub (12 oz) cool whip, thawed

For the crust:
1 1/2 packages graham crackers, finely ground
6 tbsp butter (melted)
1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

1) Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and sugar.
2) Press into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
3) Refrigerate for an hour
4) Mix cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, butter and vanilla
5) Whisk in 3 cups of Cool Whip
6) Melt chocolate chips
7) Spoon half of cream cheese mixture in bowl and mix in melted chocolate until well blended
8) Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture on top of crust
9) Top with chocolate mixture
10) Cover with remaining cream cheese mixture
11) Refrigerate until firm
12) Top with remaining Cool Whip and chocolate chips or toppings of your choice
