Pumpkin Bars
4 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup cooking oil
1-16oz can pumpkin (2cups)
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:
1-3oz pkg. cream cheese softened
1/2 stick margarine softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powder sugar
(I double the recipe batch for frosting)

Baking instructions:
In bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil & pumpkin till light & fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt & soda, mix thoroughly, spread batter in 15 x 10 x 1 greased pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
