KDAT Top Teacher of the Week: Bobbie Lampe

Following a ten day flurry of craziness (also known as the Flood of 2016), the Top Teachers returns this week with our salute going out to Bobbie Lampe of St. Pius X School of Cedar Rapids.

Bobbie teaches 4th grade and was nominated by Holly Robe, whose son is a student of Mrs. Lampe's at St. Pius X School. Holly writes that Mrs. Lampe spends extra time with her son to boost his confidence, and to remind all her students of their special talents and skills that make them valuable members of the classroom.

We want to thank Bobbie Lampe for her compassion and dedication to her students. It is apparent that the kids and teachers love her, and the parents appreciate the extra effort she puts into each workday.

KDAT is honored to award Bobbie a $25 gift card to Half Price Books, and a tasty pie from Kathy's Pies in Cedar Rapids.
