Kids Fest Returning to Cedar Rapids on October 24th

We are excited to announce that Kids Fest is back for another year, returning to the Helen G. Nassif YMCA in downtown Cedar Rapids on Saturday, October 24. Give the kids an opportunity to show off their Halloween costumes and enjoy a day of family-friendly fun.

The day kicks-off at 10:00 a.m.with tons of great activities for kids of all ages to participate in. The Monster Dash costume parade will be at 11:00 a.m. and the costume contest will follow at 11:30 a.m. There will also be a healthy snack area, craft zone, dance area with a live DJ, photo booth, cake walk, bounce house, and more! The pool will be open for open swim from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (don't forget to remove any costume makeup first!).

Tickets are just $5 at the door for adults, kids 12 & under get in free but must be accompanied by an adult. Goodie bags will be provided by Mercy Medical Center. Come on out and join us from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24 at the Helen G. Nassif YMCA downtown!
