Les Miserables Opening Weekend at TCR Celebrates 80 Years Of Great Shows

It's opening weekend at TCR for one of the most highly anticipated shows in the history of our great theatre. The epic Les Miserables runs now until late July. I had a chance to see the final tune-up. It is amazing. 

The song that closes the show is the most powerful audio I've ever heard at TCR...and I've been to dozens of shows. The tech guys actually turn OFF the mics. You will be stunned by the talent of these great actors. 37 Eastern Iowans onstage deliver an outstanding performance.

Hugh Jackman sent this video over to our fair city 8 months ago. It was high praise from the man who starred in the movie version of Les Miserables.
