According to KCRG TV 9, "Black Hawk deputies have arrested a man for operating while intoxicated and crashing into a semi-tractor pulling tandem trailers."

The suspect has been identified at 21-year-old Zachary Dickinson. The report says Dickenson was driving south bound in the north bound lane of highway 218. The vehicle he was driving collided with a Freightliner semi-tractor and trailers.

Dickenson was treated for minor injuries and then transported to the Black Hawk County Jail. He is facing charges of OWI and Failure to Maintain Control.The driver of the semi was not injured.
