People who like to compare the vocal talents of Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande are going to have an easier time of it next month. Both diva and diva-in-training are among those just announced as performers on the upcoming TV special 'Christmas in Rockefeller Center.'

While we don't think the pair will be taking the stage at the same time, it would be an amazing treat for fans -- not to mention very helpful for those trying to judge their similarities. (For the record, Grande says she's honored by the comparison to Carey.)

NBC's annual holiday program, which is centered around New York City's iconic tree-lighting ceremony, will also feature performances by Kelly Clarkson, Mary J. Blige, Toni Braxton, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, the Goo Goo Dolls and Jewel.

Blige, whose album 'A Mary Christmas' dropped last month, says she's expecting to get stage fright on the night of the performance. "Because especially with Christmas songs and national anthems, everyone in the world knows these songs," she says. "And you just want to get them right; not mess up the words to the national anthem. And you don't want to overdo or over sing a Christmas song that everyone knows."

'Christmas in Rockefeller Center' airs Dec. 4 at 8PM ET and will be hosted by 'Today' show anchors Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker and Natalie Morales.
