The all-female Ghostbusters reboot is officially underway, and last night (June 29) the project's director and co-writer Paul Feig unveiled a crucial detail: The new uniforms.

As you might expect from an outfit that's meant to endure the grueling, occasionally slimy work of hunting down ghosts, it's pretty utilitarian. It thankfully bears zero resemblance to this "sexy ghostbuster" Halloween costume I once had the misfortune to see in real life (how can you chase down a rogue spirit in heels? And that proton pack is impractically tiny).

The uniforms are similar to the ones worn in the original film, with the same logo on the arm, but they've got a few new safety-orange details. Jazzy! The jumpsuits and combat boots come with gloves, and they're labelled with tags bearing their wearer's names: Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy.

Ghostbusters is set to premiere on July 22, 2016. Feig wrote the script with Parks and Recreation writer Katie Dippold, who also wrote The Heat. Aside from the addition of Avengers star Chris Hemsworth as the new receptionist, very little casting info has been announced — though it's safe to assume there will be some names surfacing in the near future as production kicks into high gear.

The photo was posted with the hashtag #whatyougonnawear, an obvious play on the original film's "who you gonna call" — which begs the question, who will sing the new theme song? Let us know if you've got any suggestions.
