Retiring The Bike Cart

My kids are aging out of the bicycle cart. And I'm a little sad. We've had many a great trail ride. A rite of passage is the transformation from stroller to bicycle cart to having your OWN 2-wheeler.

RAGBRAI can't be far behind.

I started at the age of 13 and rode 8 in a row. Other that the Vinton to Cedar Rapids leg a few years back, I've never done another. Got it out of my system in the teen years. From 8 to 80, there's a wide variety of Hawkeye Staters taking part in that grand tradition every year. The Independence stop this year will be fun.

No matter how you ride in Spring '14...here's to less record lows [like tonight's -11] and more HEAT!
