If you went to last year's "Symphonic Rock Tribute to Journey" featuring Orchestra Iowa and a touring classic rock band led by singer Jesse Bradman, you're in for what might be an even bigger treat tonight!

Elvin Bishop Band, Jefferson Starship and then, just Starship lead singer Mickey Thomas will be fronting a classic rock backup band, who will be teaming with Orchestra Iowa for ONE NIGHT ONLY at the Paramount Theatre.

"Orchestra Iowa: Symphonic Rock with Mickey Thomas of Starship" will take off at 7:30 p.m. tonight, February 24. Tickets are still available, starting at just $18 through the Paramount Theatre box office or by calling for more information at (319)366-8203.

It will be a night we won't forget, that's for sure, as he told the Gazette we will be hearing the Starship staples "Nothing's Gonna Stop us Now", "Sara", "We Built this City" and possibly "Find Your Way Back", but that's not all. Also on the setlist will be songs by Heart, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Boston and many more.

104-5 KDAT will be sending three lucky ticket winners to the show. Susan Yancey, Kerrie Sinkey and Tom Kacena will be among the many likely in attendance for this rocking good show.

I can't wait!!!
