Although Selena Gomez only just purchased her Calabasas mansion, already the same man has broke onto her property -- twice!

After the first break-in on March 30, the trespasser was sentenced to 45 days in the county jail and probation. ABC News reports that following the man's second arrest on April 4 -- just eight hours after his release from prison -- he was charged with felony stalking and violating an order to stay away from Selena.

On Monday (April 7), the intruder, 20-year-old Che Cruz, pleaded not guilty to the charges and his bail was set to $160,000. Cruz is heading to court on April 17 and if he is convicted, he could face up to four years in prison.

Selena was home during the first trespassing incident, but it isn't confirmed if she was on the property during the second break-in.

We imagine this whole ordeal has been pretty scary for the singer. We're glad to hear she's safe!
