In a stunning turn of events Monday night (May 15), Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and her partner Sasha Farber were eliminated during the semi-finals round on Dancing With the Stars.

The shocking reveal occurred after Biles and Farber delivered two perfect dance performances, earning them a flawless combined score of 80 out of 80. Unfortunately, that didn't save the pair from elimination, as the two were voted off the show by the end of the evening.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight after the show, Biles reacted to being eliminated and gushed about her time on DWTS.

"I have been going since the Olympics non-stop and then I came into here to Dancing With the Stars and the experience was wonderful. I feel like I found out a lot about myself—not just 'Gymnastics Simone' but 'Normal Simone,'" the star athlete shared.

Biles also explained her relief, joking that she's "sick of [hearing her] own name."

"On the radio [I hear] 'Simone Biles' and I'm like, 'Oh my god, shut up!' I feel like I've been at a high so much, no one wants to see my name again on social media, I mean come on," she said, laughing.

With Biles and Farber out of the picture, the three contestants left battling it out for the mirror ball trophy are Fifth Harmony singer Normani Kordei, NFL star Rashad Jennings and former Chicago Cubs player David Ross

Speaking to ET Monday night, Kordei reacted to Biles' elimination, dishing, "She's got great spirits because she has no regrets, you know? I think she's embraced the show, got everything out of it that she wanted and in the process made great friends. We still became family, and, I mean, there's only one winner at the end of the day, but I think that all of us can take something away from this show besides just the Mirror Ball Trophy."

The two-night Dancing With the Stars finale airs Monday, May 22 and Tuesday, May 23 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC. Vote below for who you think will take home the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy this season! Poll closes Sunday, May 21 at midnight.
