Sunday’s Kidney Walk is More Than Just Another Walk
This Sunday, we'll be at Cherry Hill Park for the 5th Annual Kidney Walk. But if you're thinking this is just another walk for charity, you're wrong. It's way more than that. It's a day of Free Family Fun, for a great cause.
We're really excited to partner with this great event for their 5th year doing the walk locally, as the walk is going on all across the nation. i107-1 will provide the music to get you pumped up for the mile long walk that'll kick off at 3pm. Registration starts at 2pm, and you can always just show up and register on site.
While the walk does raise funds to educate the public and support families affected by kidney disease, it's also about raising general awareness, so everyone is invited. Besides the walk, there'll be face painting and caricatures, chalk coloring, and a HUGE twister board which sounds like a ton of fun.
So get the family together and come join us at Cherry Hill Park, by the pool, to enjoy one of the first beautiful weekends of fall. Hope to see you there!
