A man who spent three months stalking Taylor Swift around Swift's New York City apartment has been arrested, and Page Six reports that the man went as far as hiding on Swift's roof to try to land a face-to-face meeting.

Twenty nine-year-old Mohammed Jaffar has been arrested after spending three months lurking around Swift's Tribeca condo building, the site reports. He first sought Swift out in December and requested a meeting but was rebuffed, and proceeded to show up four more times until his most recent visit on February 15.

Page Six adds that Jaffar actually made it inside the building once in February and lingered around Swift's door. During the same incident, he spent four hours on the roof. Another time, he spent an entire hour ringing Swift's buzzer.

Jaffar was finally arrested on March 6 on stalking and burglary charges and is being held on $20,000 bond. He's also been forbidden from seeking contact with Swift.

And Jaffar is hardly Swift's first stalker — in 2014, Swift took out a restraining order against a man named Timothy Sweet, who was deluded with the idea that he and Swift were married and living together in Beverly Hills.

He once wrote in a social media frenzy: "Dearest Taylor, I’ll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State. Message from YOUR Presidential Candidate.”
