We've been talking about it on air lately; there's 2 "Kings" of Christmas music: Nat "King" Cole and Elvis "the King" Presley.  Both of them have amazing, memorable, and plentiful Christmas libraries. However, this year, there's a new "King" in town, and it's none other than... Michael Buble!

Anyone surprised?

When it comes to holiday music, you hear more and more of his songs every year, none of which are bad by any means.  (And we've definitely heard some bad Christmas covers in our day... Katy Perry's "White Christmas"... yikes!)  And NBC gives him a new Christmas special every year now for the past 4 years (which aired last night btw).  Previous years, he's teamed with Blake Shelton for a Christmas single of "Home", and this year with Idina Menzel taking on "Baby, It's Cold Outside."  He's simply become synonymous with the holiday lately.

So it was no surprise when Spotify released their list of the most streamed holiday songs this year, and Michael took 11 tracks of the top 20, and 5 in the top 10.  Since Nov. 28th in fact, his songs have seen a 147% jump.  Not too shabby. Other songs in the Top 20 included "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey, "It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" by Andy Williams, "The Christmas Song" by Nat "King" Cole, "Last Christmas" by Wham!, "Christmas Eve/Sarajevo" by Trans Siberian Orchestra, "Do They Know It's Christmas" by Band-Aid, "Little Saint Nick" by the Beach Boys, and "White Christmas" by Bing Cosby.

Currently, his 10 most popular are:
1. 'It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas'
2. 'Holly Jolly Christmas'
3. 'All I Want for Christmas is You'
4. 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas'
5. 'White Christmas'
6. 'Jingle Bells'
7. 'Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)'
8. 'Santa Claus Is Coming to Town'
9. 'Cold December Night'
10. 'Blue Christmas'

(Surprisingly, "Baby It's Cold" did NOT make it.)   Keep listening to KDAT through for continuous Christmas favorites through Christmas Day, where you're sure to hear plenty from this Canadian crooner.
