The Most 'Iconic' Restaurants in Iowa [PHOTOS]

There are few Iowa restaurants that EVERYBODY seems to know about, no matter what part of the state you live in. They're just... iconic! The website Only in Your State put together a list of the "9 Irresistible Restaurants That Define Iowa," and we have quite a few over on our side of the state! I'm happy to report that I've tried two of the nine, which NEVER happens when I come across these lists! I would consider The General Store and Bluff Lake Catfish Farm to be on my personal list of my favorite Iowa restaurants. They are both absolutely amazing, so I guess that means I have to pay the rest of the restaurants on the list a visit! Here are the five restaurants from Eastern Iowa that were recognized:
