With all of the talk the last couple of weeks about Thomas Dostal Developers and their Rent Buster Deal, we thought we'd take our cameras out to the Southwest side and take a look at their model homes.

It's an established fact that Millennials want new construction [via The Wall Street Journal]. The house we visited is in a developing neighborhood with relatively little traffic -- a great area for families. I prefer a cul-de-sac or dead end over a through street any day.
