Top Teacher: Williamsburg's Rose Driscoll

Rose works at Mary Welsh Elementary School in Williamsburg, IA.

She was nominated by Julie King, who had this to say about Rose:

Mrs. Driscoll is a dedicated, passionate advocate for all students, especially the students with disabilities that she serves. She pushes her students to reach their fullest potential, modeling hard work, perseverance, and compassion in everything she does. Mrs. Driscoll is a teacher to students, administrators, colleagues, and everyone she encounters!
