All of you frequent snooze button-hitters out there; this might be a solution to your "always late to work" problem...

I'll admit it: I used to have a bit of a snooze button problem. I was one of those people that set three different alarms, each two minutes apart, just to make sure I didn't hit the snooze a few times. If I didn't, I would accidentally sleep an extra 25 minutes, leaving me with only five to get ready. Aside from making you late, a study also found that hitting the snooze button also has some negative effects on your body. Well, this new device may solve all your problems. Well... at least one of them...

The Pavlok is described as "the first device that breaks habits by deleting temptation." The watch-like device "Uses vibration, beep, tap, and zap sensations to train your brain to dislike bad habits and prefer good ones." People have successfully used it to stop doing a  whole mess of things, including nail-biting and smoking. Now there's one specifically to help you quit hitting the snooze!

The Shock Clock is, "the first device that uses effective, tested sensory inputs to wake you up and keep you alert." It promises to make you a morning person and give you more time in the morning to get things done. It is currently being funded by an Indiegogo campaign and will run you about $99, which is cheaper than the original Pavlok ($199).

If you've tried everything and you still can't kick the snooze addiction, this might actually be a great solution. There's even an app for your phone, in case you want to try it out! For more details on how everything works, click HERE.
