The upcoming One Direction official autobiography just keeps revealing more and more secrets!

We reported yesterday that Louis Tomlinson reportedly revealed that he was apprehensive about joining the group in the band's 'One Direction: Who We Are: Our Official Autobiography,' due out Sept. 25. And now, it looks like Zayn Malik and Harry Styles are unearthing some intriguing tidbits of their own.

For his part, Zayn explained that after the group's performance at the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics, he was met with an overwhelming number of celebrities who all wanted to talk to him.

"Backstage at the Olympics was one of the maddest times I've had with the band," he revealed (quote via E!). "These crazily famous people were coming up and talking to me. All my life I'd seen them on TV and here they were just chatting away to us."

That included Russell Brand, who gave the boy bander some, well, random and awkward advice about birth control.

"Russell was brilliant," Zayn recalled. "He was saying, 'Your performance was sick.' Then he started giving me family planning advice! I was like, 'Russell, you shouldn't be giving me that sort of advice!' He was hilarious, a really nice guy."

And as for Harry's revelation -- let's just say it was a little more inspirational.

You would never know it, but Harry explained that he suffered from self-confidence issues after giving a rocky performance earlier in the band's career.

"I'm naturally a fairly confident person in most situations, but not all," Harry said (via E!) "At that point, any natural confidence I had was being taken over by nerves because back then I had no idea how to channel and control my anxiety."

So how did he manage to work through it? By doing what scared him, time and time again.

"One Direction have always been a band that gigs heavily, so over time I've been able to learn about nerves, to understand why and when they might hit and, best of all, how to control them," Harry explained. "Now I know that if your nerves are controlled correctly, it can actually give you a bit of an edge, an extra sense of focus."

Directioners, 1D's autobiography is set to be released online and in book stores on Sept. 25. We can't wait!
