5 Convicted Sex Offenders Relocate in Linn County
The Linn County Sheriff's Office has reported the relocation of five men who have previously been convicted of sex offenses. All are on the Iowa Sex Offender Registry.
Joseph Tory ONeal
ONeal is 27 and was convicted of 2nd-degree sexual abuse in Linn County in 2003, with a victim 13 or under. He was also convicted of statutory rape in 2009 in Tennessee.
He recently relocated to 4530 McClintock Road, Site 64 in Palo.Jerry D Stewart
Stewart is 51 and was convicted of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse in Linn County in 1995. He was also convicted of lascivious conduct with a minor (ages 14-17) in Linn County in 2006. His last conviction came in March of 2015 in Linn County. That charge was for assault with intent to commit sexual abuse.
Stewart has relocated to 3100 16th Ave SW, Room 205, in Cedar Rapids.Danny Cecil Hackett
Hackett is 53 and was convicted of indecent contact with a child and lascivious acts with a child in Tama County in 1983. He was also convicted of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse in Benton County in 1988, lascivious acts with a child in Benton county in 1989, and indecent contact with a child in Linn County (in 2002).
He now lives at 1648 A Ave NE in Cedar Rapids.Johnny Bernard Oliver, Jr.
Oliver is 62 and was convicted of rape of a victim 13 or under in Mississippi in 1972. He was also convicted of 3rd-degree sexual abuse in Linn County in 1991.
He has relocated to 211 Part Ct SE in Cedar Rapids.Abdul Ghani Jammal
Jammal is 36 and was convicted of 3rd-degree sexual abuse of a victim, age 14-17, in Linn County in 2003.
He now lives at 3100 16th Ave SW, Room 228, in Cedar Rapids.
