As there's only a month to go, we're hoping you've registered for the Insane Inflatable 5k presented by GoDaddy, and have started training.  At first, I was thinking it's not a big deal, as it's just a bunch of bouncy obstacles.  But I realized, that's a false belief. A usual 5k has you just running and running, maybe over some hills, but otherwise, just running.  That's not the case with Insane Inflatable 5k.  Sure, you're running, but you're also working out in unusual ways, exerting extra energy to climb, jump, dodge, and more.  This is actually going to be strenuous.  So I found a great way to train, with help from a local celebrity.  And I'm glad I took this training course, as it taught us two things:

  1. This is strenuous, but fun, work.
  2. It's very easy to skin your knees, so protect them.
