It's been a very sad three weeks here in Eastern Iowa. Everyone is looking for clues of what happened to 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts. Mollie disappeared from Brooklyn, Iowa on either July 18th or 19th. So far, there has been very little evidence found and we're all confused on what could have happened.

Today marks three weeks since Mollie Tibbetts was last seen Wednesday, July 18 in Brooklyn, Iowa. The reward for her return has reached a record level of more than $300,000, as of yesterday. Law enforcement from Poweshiek County, as well as the Iowa Department of Criminal Investigation and Federal Bureau of Investigation, continue their investigation, trying to locate Mollie.

Earlier today, a friend of the Tibbetts' family sent me a Facebook video. It's a short clip that shows Mollie speaking to students at her school. It really shows what kind of person Molly is.......a true inspiration.
