It wasn't that long ago when James "Murr" Murray from the hit "Impractical Jokers" series made several solo stops in Eastern Iowa, and now one of his cohorts is coming around our neck of the woods, too.

The Jokers are a "group of lifelong friends who compete to embarrass each other" through jokes, pranks, and funny dares on their show on TruTV. In addition to "Murr", there is Sal, "Q" (Brian Quinn) and the comic who will be at Riverside Casino this January.

Tickets go on sale soon for an appearance by Joe Gatto on what he's billing as the "Traffic Cam" tour.

The show with Gatto is January 14 ar 8 p.m. (doors open at 7) at Riverside Casino & Golf Resort. Tickets are on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. running from $25-$45. Purchase them through the Riverside website, at the casino gift shop (extra fees waived if purchased in person!), or by phone at 877-677-3456.

The Impractical Jokers also do another show called "Misery Index" which can be seen on TBS and even did a movie surrounding their show. During the pandemic, because it was hard to maintain the face-to-face concept of their show with the public while social distancing, they did a series called "Impractical Jokers Dinner Party". Things are getting back to normal now, and a Google search found this description of Gatto's "Traffic Cam" concept:

Long Island Expressway traffic is a common daily drudgery, but comedian Joe Gatto has turned it into a show. Known for his work on truTV’s “Impractical Jokers” prank show, Gatto has gone solo for his “Traffic Cam — Live!”

Here is a quick look at Joe's YouTube show "Traffic Cam". It should be a fun time at Riverside in January!
