Ariana Grande paid tribute to Mac Miller and their song "The Way" six years after it's release.

The pop star dropped her song featuring the rapper on March 25, 2013—and it's a bittersweet anniversary for Grande, who also shared her first kiss with Miller on the set of the song's music video. Though she didn't directly address Miller in her tribute, she simply wrote, “six years" alongside a white heart on her Instagram Story.

This isn't the first time Grande has paid tribute to her late ex-boyfriend since his death. During the opening night of her SweeteneTour, she honored Miller's memory by playing his music as fans took their seats and waited for the concert to begin. Then, on the night of the 2019 Grammys, she posted photos of herself wearing a blue gown, which had fans convinced was a subtle tribute to Miller because he wrote a song about her called "Cinderella."

Also, on what would be Miller's 27th birthday on January 19th, Grande tweeted (and then quickly deleted) "miss u" before taking to her Instagram Stories to share photos of him.
