Last month, rumors began to swirl that Ariana Grande was dating Social House's Mikey Foster after releasing a music video for their collaboration "Boyfriend."

On Thursday (September 5), Ari's big brother Frankie Grande seemingly confirmed the two were an item when he described how he and his boyfriend Hale Leon went on a "double date" with the new couple to Us Weekly. However, he's now clarifying what he meant by that and insisting that his sister is very much single.

“Ariana and Mikey Foster are not in a relationship, she is single. and my comments about our recent hang as friends were not meant to be taken literally,” he explained to the outlet. “Hale and I were on a date, which is why I referred to it as a double-date when we had plans with them, without realizing what the term insinuated about THEIR relationship outside of my own. It was literally four people meeting up as friends, and I would never comment on something so personal about her life anyway.”

The pop star has enough on her plate right now anyway, without worrying about a relationship. She's currently on her Sweetener world tour and is dealing with a bit of legal drama. Earlier this week it was revealed that the 26-year-old filed a $10 million lawsuit against Forever 21 for using her likeness without permission, and on Thursday (September 5), Ru Paul's Drag Race star Farrah Moan further complicated things by tweeting that Ariana stole her look in the "7 Rings" music video.
