Summer is getting closer by the day, and that has us excited for all of the concerts and country artists that will be making stops in the Hawkeye State.

The Great Jones County Fair always brings its A-game when it comes to getting big country acts. This year, the concert series is already pretty stacked.

Over the course of the 4-day county fair, fair officials will be bringing in some of the biggest names in country music. The fair is expected to kick off on July 20th and wrap up on the 24th.

Blanco Brown will be closing out the star-studded weekend with a concert on Sunday, July 24th. The music star made a huge splash in the country world in 2019 with his viral hit 'The Git Up' which just so happened to be his debut single.

The singer took a brief hiatus after a near fatal accident, but returned to the country world in full force with new music. Brown released the song "Nobody's More Country" last year. Fans should expect a new album sometime soon.
