Cedar Rapids Downtown Farmers Markets Debuts This Saturday with a New Layout

The countdown to the first Cedar Rapids Downtown Farmers Market of 2014 is almost over.  The huge community get-together and shopping event is 7:30 to noon this Saturday morning and happens the first and third Saturdays of each month, thru September.

This year's Downtown Farmers Markets will have a little different look, thanks to a revised site map (below), which removes the market from 4th Avenue.

Though way too early to be concerned about it, keep an ear on the forecast as right now rain is likely on Saturday.  An umbrella may be needed for Day One.
