Darren Criss Is Engaged to Longtime Girlfriend Mia Swier

Make some room, Ed Sheeran. There's another engagement in town this weekend.

In an attempt to keep it a secret in the beginning, then rumored to be showing the rock off to fellow former Glee star, Lea Michelle, on the red carpet premiere of The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story (according to ET), actor and singer Darren Criss officially announced his engagement to longtime girlfriend Mia Swier.

On Saturday (January 20), the 30-year-old multi-talented star shared a photo confirming the news of him and his fiancee's engagement after being together for seven and half wonderful years.

"Mia and I have had seven and a half years of fun, wacky, wonderful, CRAZY adventures together," Criss began his post. "And I’m happy to announce that we’re kicking those adventures up a notch. We’re goin for it. To boldly go where neither of us have gone before. Engage."

Darren Criss is currently starring as a serial killer named Andrew Cunanan on FX's new miniseries, The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story which premiered last Wednesday, January 17.
